How far in advance should I book luggage delivery service in France
To book a luggage delivery service in Paris or from Paris to another city in France, we advise at least 5 days off-peak season and 15 days on-peak touristic season.

How does the luggage van delivery work?
Alfred can pick-up your customers luggages from accommodation, train station or airports and deliver them where ever you need.
Prior to pick-up, we will request the number, approximate size and weight of the luggage you wish to transfer. This is a legal requirement to establish transportation documents. To transport luggages, a transport licence is required and such information is necessary.
During pick-up, a tag will be put on each luggage and scanned as they are loaded in the Luggage van. This is to track the number of pieces collected, and guarantee their presence in the vehicule from departure to arrival. All our trucks are geo-localised by Alfred's team.
At delivery, several options. We can deliver luggages at a given hour of your choice OR deliver it directly to the hotel (with their prior agreement - so they ensure storage availability). This can arrange by our customer service.
