FAQ

Where does Alfred operate?

We operate in Paris, 7 days a week. We deliver to/from Paris city centre, Paris train stations (Eurostar, Thalys, national trains), Charles de Gaulle Airport, Orly Airport and Paris Le-Bourget Airport.

Is Alfred safe?

Absolutely. Your luggage is our first concern. We take care of your belongings as if they were ours. All luggage is insured and protected.

How can I make a booking?

How much time do I save by choosing the VIP option?

On average, travellers can exit the airport 35 minutes after landing if the VIP option is preferred versus 2h30 with the standard option.

If I select the VIP option, will my client need to wait for the luggage to arrive?

Absolutely not! We will wait for their luggage, make sure its his/her, and head straight to the hotel for delivery!

How does the pick-up work?

We deliver your luggage in person to all locations. We come to the place of your choice to pick-up your suitcase.

How does the drop-off work?

We deliver at the time of your choice, to your hotel/Airbnb/apartment. For deliveries at the airport, your suitcase will be waiting for you outside your departure terminal. It doesn't get simpler!

Is Alfred able to handle groups?

Yes! Contact us directly. The price is available on demand based on the number of luggage to transport. We provide a dedicated service and car for the groups.

What can I give to Alfred?

We take care of luggage only. We don't transport animals. For special requests such as transportation of bulky items (ski, musical instruments, etc) contact us directly.

Can I book the service from Charles de Gaulle (CDG) Airport or Orly Airport with a delivery in Paris city centre?

Yes, of course! We operate both ways!

What if I booked the service from an Airport, and my flight is delayed?

When booking Alfred, give us your flight number and our team will wait for you at the airport, 40 minutes after your arrival time (time to pick-up your luggage and to pass customs).
We will be waiting for you in a designed area communicated to you 48h in advance.
We understand it is not your fault if you land late, or if you spend too much time at customs.
We adapt our timings according to you!

Do you also operate at Paris train stations?

Yes, we do operate at Paris train stations. Luggage pick-up and deliveries at Gare du Nord (Eurostar - Thalys trains) are very frequent and we always have one our of reps around the train station to ensure 100% deliverability. Alfred tends to be much more efficient and convenient than a luggage storage near a train station!

Does Alfred Travel offer a luggage storage service?

Absolutely. On top of our luggage delivery service, we offer luggage storage to securely keep your luggage for hours, days, or months; depending on your needs!
Our storage facility is 100% secure and our insurance also covers luggage storage.
