Sophie has over 10 years’ experience in the travel industry with specific expertise in travel retail. She has built her career through the evolution of both start-ups and multinational brands. Thanks to rich regional experiences, most notably in Asia and throughout Europe, Sophie has worked with some of the biggest airports and travel operators.

Away from the office, Sophie can be found on a tennis court, with ski's on her feet, or on a surf board. She combines her love of sports & travel to discover countries that offers the best of both worlds.

Initially a buyer, Charlotte has progressed in a variety of roles before managing 2 factories, prior to becoming the COO and co-founder of Alfred.
Charlotte is certified in lean management. She is responsible for of all the operational sides of the business, scrutinising every detail leading to the delivery of the luggage, while making sure that all Health and Safety measures are followed.

When on holiday Charlotte is mostly found under the water, scuba diving. In between dives she likes to read and play guitar.

Coming straight from England, Amée is a social butterfly, always eager to meet new people.
Her MBA accompanied by her sales experience acquired in America and England gives her an opening to an international crowd.
Amée has been working in a tech environment prior to co-founding Alfred.

Outside of work Amée splits her time between the golf course, boxing classes and watching her favourite football team: Liverpool FC.
